Spring 2011 Research & Writing Position

Spring 2011 Research & Writing Position

Volunteer Research Assistants/Writers (RA/W) are needed for a book project on tort law.  Students who are interested in tort law, willing to work hard and eager to set themselves apart from their peers (and their competitors in the job market) are encouraged to apply.  The project will run the balance of the semester and the positions will be part-time.   These are “cyber-commute” positions and students from across the state are encouraged to apply, regardless of location.

The RA/W will assist in the research for the annual supplement (“Pocket Parts”) for Baldwin’s Ohio Practice: Tort Law 2d (West).   Each participant will gain knowledge and experience by thoroughly dissecting recent developments in Ohio tort law, while being guided and directed by the Author in a friendly (ie: Non-Socratic) mentorship.  This is an excellent opportunity develop knowledge, skills and expertise.

The project will culminate in the publication of the 2011 Pocket Parts for the only treatise on Ohio tort law in existence.

To apply, please submit a resume and writing sample to Christopher M. Ernst at otl@clevelandprofessionals.com
