Symplicity Job No. 2411 – 1L, 2L Students – Two new funded and up to three unfunded volunteer public internship positions are available at this public interest law firm based in Cleveland, Ohio. In general, the law clerk will assist the eight staff attorneys in three major areas: communication, organization and litigation support. In this regard, the law clerk will be doing intake on predatory lending, housing discrimination and other housing related injustice matters. 37.5 hours a week and the organization will provide $500.00 for the ten week internship. These monies can be supplemented with other funds from law school or other sources. The volunteer positions can be for a lesser number of hours, but a minimum of 22,5 hours a week is required for the internship. Send inquires to kramere7@aol.com.
