Candidates must be eligible for an Ohio Supreme Court Intern Certificate at the end of the spring semester, 2L day or 3L evening students. This is a paid position, 20 to 30 hours per week. The position entails reviewing delinquency complaints, reports, and evidence, communicating with investigators, conducting research, drafting pleadings, and representing the State of Ohio in all aspects of juvenile traffic, unruly and delinquency proceedings.
