2012 Pan Ohio Hope Ride- From Cleveland to Cincinnati
We are less than 12 weeks away and we are gearing up for our last recruitment push and moving in to logistics & volunteer recruitment/management!
April updates include:
- 392 riders, 16 virtual participants and 49 teams – We are at more than 75% capacity
- 97% of the riders signed up are Four-Day Riders!
- 16 States are represented and 2 riders from Saudi Arabia
- Volunteer Recruitment Campaign is currently underway – we will need close to 1,000 volunteers! Send any interested volunteers to http://www.panohiohoperide.org to sign up.
- Rider Fundraising is at $169,560 which is $23,000 more than last year at this time!
- Our final registration promotion is now running: Any rider who is signed up by May 15 will be entered in to a raffle for an Official POHR Merchandise Kit
- The 2012 Preliminary Route is almost finished being designed. In the next few days we will be emailing out the route information to the Staff and Volunteers and shortly thereafter publishing it for the riders to see some of the exciting new additions to our course
- In April we had six Networking Events across the state that were all successful with many new faces showing up. We also had our first ever events in Toledo and Akron, which were both very well attended!
