We seek an enthusiastic and energized summer intern to work in our Legal Department. This individual will assist us in our current systems transformation. Specifically, this person will responsible for: Contract intake for global legal organization, review and management, including review of agreements for key terms and identification of major issues. Maintaining and organizing electronic legal records, including corporate governance records for multiple entities around the globe. Collaborating on design and implementation of contract management and project management systems for global legal department.• Other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Have received a Bachelor’s degree fro m an accredited college of university. Be currently enrolled in either day or evening law school program. Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidential information and discretion in handling and disclosure of proprietary information is a must. Possesses demonstrable top notch writing, communication and organization skills. Be self-motivated with little need for daily supervision or direction. Interested in building efficiencies and improving processes and procedures. Possess excellent computer and technological skills (MS Office etc). Ability to work with people from different cultures. Show capability of multitasking and working effectively with a high volume of requests.
