Firm has substantial focus on Medicaid eligibility, applications and administrative appeals, as well as wealth transfer/tax planning and trust applications for moderate estates. Probate and estate settlement also elements of practice. 10-15 hours offered per week. Hours can be set mostly around student’s schedule. Possible permanent position.
