| This program offers a comprehensive overview of all eighty cases from the United States Supreme Court’s past term. Justice Scalia described one of the major decisions as “argle-bargle” or nonsense, but this program tries to make sense of it all. Faculty experts from Akron Law discuss the Court’s cases in constitutional law, criminal law, civil procedure, administrative law, business, intellectual property, and health law. Designed in a newscast-type format, the presentations inform as they entertain. The program is intended for all interested audiences including attorneys, journalists, high school, college and law students and the general public. |
