This position will focus on complex transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, public offerings, private equity deals and corporate governance issues. Outstanding academic credentials, excellent drafting and research skills, and an interest in a career as a transactional lawyer are required. Participation in extracurricular activities is preferred, as is coursework focusing on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate governance.
