The intern will be involved in preparing and prosecuting patent applications for a number of international high-tech clients. In general, the position involves many aspects of patent law, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).
Qualifications: 1L, 2L, Excellent writing skills, communication skills, and a strong desire to learn are needed for this position. Industry experience and/or an advanced degree is a plus. Class Rank: Top 33%. Must have electrical engineering or computer engineering degree.
