AkronLawJobs No. 6139 Overview: Downtown Cleveland law firm is looking to hire several law clerks that are currently eligible to take the patent bar exam. We are looking for clerks to work full-time during the summer and part-time or full-time during the school year. Duties will include legal research, patent prosecution, patent drafting, etc. A BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is preferred, but students with other majors that qualify to sit for the patent bar exam will be considered. No prior patent law experience is necessary
