Government and Public Interest Fair TOMORROW (Tuesday)!

ALL students are invited to attend our annual Government and Public Interest Fair Tuesday, March 10th!

12:00 – 1:30 PM AND 5:00 – 6:30 PM in the Law School Atrium

Over 20 government agencies and public interest organizations will be represented. Come and meet them and learn about internships, careers, and volunteer opportunities.

PAD – Hosts The Honorable Gene Donofrio – March 11th 4:30pm

“Join Phi Alpha Delta on Wednesday, March 11 at 4:30 PM in L-165 as we host the Honorable Gene Donofrio from Ohio’s Seventh District Court of Appeals. Judge Donofrio will be speaking on a variety of topics including: life after law school, what it takes to be a judge, the life of a judge, and the life of a politician in Ohio. Snacks and drinks will be provided, all are welcome!”

Effects on International Law: Middle East Panel Discussion and a Closer Look at Israel & Palestine

Please join us on March 11, 2015 from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. in L-151 at the University of Akron School of Law for our event: Effects on International Law: Middle East Panel Discussion and a Closer Look at Israel & Palestine.

Our three distinguished guests will be participating in a panel discussion on current Middle East international law issues as well as a Q&A session.

Event speakers include Dean Matthew Wilson, an international law expert; Raeed Tayeh, a published Akron Law grad who has appeared on various TV programs; and Doron Kalir, a professor at Cleveland State University from Tel Aviv, Israel.

Food and beverages will be provided!
