Invitation – Director of Admissions interview
Dear Students:
We are in the final stages of hiring a Director of Admissions and Financial Aid. The hiring committee screened over 60 applications for the position and conducted initial interviews of nearly 10 candidates. We have narrowed the pool down to four finalists, and have invited them to campus this week.
Given the importance of this position to the law school community, we would like to all students with an opportunity to meet the candidates and provide feedback. As such, we have asked each candidate to give a short presentation/Q&A session (30 minutes) about how s/he would recruit students to the University of Akron School of Law. To the extent that you are interested in making your voice heard, we invite you to attend these events. Today’s schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, March 3rd – Nolan James Room L-165

Thank you in advance for your interest and participation.

Please see the invitation below from The Princeton Review to participate in a brief survey on our JD program. This is a different survey from last week’s, which sought your feedback in preparation of an American Bar Association Site-Visit Self Study Report. This survey is used to inform the narratives associated with Akron Law in the Princeton Review books and on their website, which is one resource that prospective students use when deciding where to go to Law School. We hope that you will take a moment to complete this survey. Your positive feedback will surely help us as we strive to maintain the high quality of students that choose Akron Law for their legal education.
