Columbus, OH – Legal Intern – Ohio Consumers’ Counsel
AkronLawJobs No. 7212 Overview: Seeking an intern to assist the Deputy Consumers’ Counsel / Legal Director, Assistant Legal Director, Counsel and other ODD attorneys.
Duties: Will research Federal and/or state statutes, recorded judicial decisions and other legal sources and reference materials in order to prepare responses to inquiries, complaints, or legal/administrative procedural issues regarding legal matters being addressed by the OCC. Will assist by organizing and distributing information and documents to division staff. Will perform internet and other computer assistant searches (Lexis/Nexis, Westlaw, Andersons, etc.) for information and documents as directed. File documents with the PUCO and/or courts
Qualifications: 2L from an accredited law school.
Salary: $17.50 per hour
