Mahoning County Judges seek a law student intern to assist with a community education program. The intern would work with Mahoning County Judges, Court Administrator, the public library and possibly the Mahoning County Bar Association, and would coordinate dates, times, topics, technology, materials and details with the various branches of the library system. The internship is expected to begin in early May and last for a one year period; hours will be flexible. If you are interested, please email Director O’Brien ASAP and include your resume. Duties:  Will responsible for review, compilation, analysis, comparison and interpretation of software/vendor agreements. Will do occasional legal research and writing assignments and other duties as assigned. Will be afforded the opportunity to be exposed to a corporate culture from a legal perspective. 10-12 weeks, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:  1L or 2L. Ability to maintain confidential company information. Excellent communication, writing, presentation, time management, organizational, decision making and problem solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
