Description: Seeking a law student for temporary assistance to begin AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Need assistance in preparing and filing annual corporate filings for our nonprofit organization. We have to renew each year to be a recognized charity in most states and report financial information from our audit package or IRS 990.
Qualifications: 1L, 2L, 3L – Someone in the tax program or interested in business law would be ideal. Schedule can be flexible.
