Qualifications: Must be current or incoming 2L; GPA of 3.0 or better; Strong research and writing skills.
Duties: 10-20 Hours per week during Summer 2018 and the possibility of continuing through the 2018-2019 school year; Conduct legal research and prepare a wide array of legal memoranda; Prepare pleadings, discovery, trial preparation; General administrative duties; Areas of practice include litigation, estate planning, criminal, securities transactions, etc.
