Duties: Legal research and drafting memoranda on a variety of topics, including but not limited to, employment law, transportation law and business law. Assist with editing of standard forms and drafting contract amendments. Gather data regarding best practices and efficiencies for legal operations. Supporting legal and compliance process; and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications: current 2L or PT 3L who WILL NOT be graduating before August 2018
