Qualifications: Law students who will graduate between October 1, 2019, and September 30, 2020. Joint degree students simultaneously pursuing a JD and another graduate degree must have completed both degrees must be conferred by September 30, 2020. Recent law school graduates participating in or formally committed to an eligibility preserving activity. Must be US Citizen. Must have lived in the US for at least three of the past five years. The three-year period is cumulative, not necessarily consecutive. Federal or military employees, or dependents of federal or military employees serving overseas, are exempted from this requirement.
