Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Must be enrolled or accepted at an accredited college, university, or graduate program in the United States
- Must have been personally affected by a family law matter
- Must demonstrate academic promise and personal determination
Application Requirements:
- Completed application form
- A 500- to 1,000-word essay explaining how a family law situation has influenced your life and educational goals
- Academic transcripts
- Proof of current or upcoming enrollment at an accredited institution
