AkronLawJobs No. 7328 Overview: Interns will receive extensive training on the Lexis Advance product as well as tools used to support customers. Additionally, interns will receive training on legal research and will ultimately support customers on Lexis Advance with usability and research issues via our Live Support (chat) channel.
Hiring Criteria: 1L, 2L, 3L. Typing skills must be excellent for both speed and accuracy; Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple conversations simultaneously; Must be able to use canned messages appropriately and in a timely fashion; Must be empathetic and understand the customer’s pain points and be able to delight a customer; Have outstanding customer service skills and be able to use professional grammar and have a strong attention to detail; Create a meaningful connection/conversation with the customers and be able to offer additional products or services when applicable. MUST be able to keep details of customer conversations confidential.
Start Date: May 9, 2016. End Date: July 29, 2016. Hours per week: 40 Pay $18 per hour
