Celebrate Constitution Day with the Federalist Society on Sept. 16 at 12:15 in room L-151! Robert Alt from the Heritage Foundation will be speaking on “The 10th Amendment: Liberty’s Best Hope or Tea Party Delusion?” The talk will focus on renewed interests in the 10th Amendment by tea party groups, and whether constitutional challenges to the Healthcare Bill that are based on that Amendment have any chance of success.
