Akron, OH – Contracts Technician
2D/3E; 3D/4E Students
Action Link is seeking a part-time Contracts Technician for its Akron office.  The Contracts Technician is responsible for the following duties:  reviews draft contracts to ensure the proposed program falls within the normal scope established by the executive team; checks for problematic language, calculation errors, and typos in contracts drafted by the sales and client services teams, prior to approving the contract for receipt by the client; communicates with the Accounting team to ensure they receive relevant information prior to invoicing the clients; and  tracks active contracts from draft stage to completion of program. The Contracts Technician will work approximately 15 hours a week during normal business hours (8am – 6pm) on a pre-approved schedule of his/her choosing.
