 What I Wish I Knew Then A Conversation with our Black Attorneys Join Reed Smith for the first event in our Diversity & Inclusion series. “What I Wish I Knew Then” will feature a panel discussion with some of Reed Smith’s Black attorneys and provide you an opportunity to get to know us in advance of On-Campus Interviews. Our panelists will share stories about their individual career paths to Big Law and the lessons they have learned along the way—all with the goal of helping you successfully navigate OCI. After the panel, we will host several small group sessions, allowing you to connect with our attorneys and your peers in a more informal setting.
