Candidates must have a technical degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. Possible candidates with other technical degrees may submit resumes for future consideration. Ideally, the student law clerk will work part-time on a year-round basis. Actual scheduling will have some level of flexibility to accommodate the law clerk. The law clerk will be involved in a wide range of intellectual property projects, but with an emphasis on assisting attorneys concerning patent subject matters.
