The Dewey, Ramsay & Hunt Needs-Based Scholarship is offered by lead attorney Martha Ramsay of Dewey, Ramsay & Hunt, P.A. This annual scholarship is designed to support motivated college students who demonstrate financial need and are working toward earning their degree.

- U.S. citizen or legal resident authorized to work in the United States
- Must be a North Carolina resident or admitted to a school in North Carolina
