Public Interest Auction Tickets can be purchased at the first SBA meeting of the semester; which will be held this Wednesday at 12:15 p.m. in room 301 of the law library. Additionally, if you cannot make the meeting and still want to buy tickets, students start tabling in Quaker, and the CBA, beginning on Wednesday. You can also contact Rich Freeman at rjf14@zips.uakron.edu or Clinton Householder at Cjh79@zips.uakron.edu and they will get you tickets.

JAG Officers from the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Coast Guard will be at the Government Fair next Wednesday, February 24th from 9 – 2:00 PM to discuss internships and careers with interested law students. Professor Tracy Thomas seeks a research assistant beginning immediately and continuing over the summer. The anticipated research projects include (1) archival research at the Western Reserve Historical Society Archives on women’s rights litigation in the 1970s and (2) case updates for the Gender & Law blog.
