Summit County Children Services needs volunteers to assist with the following activity THIS SATURDAY

Packing Day for the 28th Annual Child & Family Awareness Month
Saturday, February 14, 10am-1pm
Summit County Children Services
264 S. Arlington Street, Akron
Duties: Volunteers will help pack print and collateral materials into boxes and bags so they can be distributed to the community. Materials include: brochures, posters, flyers, buttons, stickers and magnets. Volunteers will also help prepare a mailing by collating materials and stuffing/sealing/labeling envelopes.
Volunteers need to be able to lift/carry 10-12 lbs. and stand on their feel for long periods of time. NOTE: There are jobs where volunteers will be sitting down as well.
Dress: Comfortable and casual; jeans are fine.
Light refreshments will be provided.

Nothing will prepare you better for your professional life than attending UA’s Etiquette Dinner. It will help you get ready for a successful interview, learn fine dining etiquette and master your networking skills. Also, you can network with local employers.
The first 10 students to email Director O’Brien (ab139@uakron.edu) can attend the dinner free of charge! All other interested students can register to attend for $5!
