Duties: You will actively partner with individual contributors in Commercial Lines Claims, including Casualty, High-Risk Injury, File Owner, Field Specialist and Business Owner’s Policies, as well as Corporate Claims Process. This role will provide secondary support for the Commercial Lines Business Unit and provide nationwide legal research support for the Corporate Process Group. You will have the opportunity to work closely with seasoned attorneys in a fast-paced litigation environment. You’ll provide legal support in all aspects of the claims process. This role also provides the chance to gain coaching and mentoring from our knowledgeable attorneys.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong academic record; Strong desire and interest in litigation.

Law clerk position for insurance defense; assist attorneys with researching various issues; assist with preparation of pleadings, attend depositions preparation of clients; and attend various meetings and court proceedings, including trials, with attorneys.
Law Clerk will work in Akron Office. Top 50% of class preferred.
