This position provides an opportunity for entry-level attorneys to practice law in a leading governmental environmental organization, and to receive extensive training in and exposure to environmental law and policy work in the public sector. Qualifications: Rising 3L or a part-time 4L OR A RECENT GRADUATE to join the firm as a patent attorney (or a law clerk THEN a patent attorney). All technical degrees will be considered, however, the firm’s preference would be electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science. The candidate must be eligible to sit for the patent bar (or already be admitted to the patent bar). Recent graduates taking the July bar exam, the position will commence after the exam so as not to interfere with your bar study. Recent graduates would join the firm as a full-time associate.
