Qualifications: 1L (second semester) or 2L for part-time position. Position to begin immediately and is contemplated as long term, expanding to full-time over the summer. PREFERENCE will be given to applicant with an interest in civil litigation, consumer bankruptcy, real estate, and or corporate law. PREFER Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, but scheduling is flexible).
Duties: Primarily research and writing, as well as an opportunity to attend hearings and depositions with supervising attorneys, to the extent scheduling permits.
