Wind Law, LLC Scholarship

Wind Law, LLC is excited to announce its annual scholarship for students planning to attend school in the fall of 2025-26 as either a pre-law undergraduate or a first-year law student. The $1,000 scholarship aims to assist with expenses for students accepted into a school anywhere in the United States.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Accepted and planning to attend school as a pre-law undergraduate or entering law school in fall 2025-26
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA

Requirements (Due by March 15, 2026):

  • Completed resume
  • One to three-page typed essay on a topic of the applicant’s choice related to their intended area of law
  • Complete school transcripts
  • Acceptance letter from a U.S. school
  • Proof of legal residency in the U.S. (e.g., birth certificate, passport, permanent resident card)

Award Details:

  • $1,000 scholarship for tuition and related expenses
  • Payment made directly to the recipient
  • Recipient must submit receipts in accordance with IRS regulations
  • Notification of selection by April 1, 2026

Micklin Law Group Educational Scholarship

Meet Your Benefactor

Brad Micklin, lead attorney and managing partner at The Micklin Law Group, LLC, is a family law attorney who focuses on fathers and men’s rights. Brad received his B.A. from Temple University in Pennsylvania before attending Widener University of Law in Delaware. Brad’s education has afforded him a successful and fulfilling career that otherwise may not have been possible, so he understands the difference an education can make.

Brad offers a twice-yearly needs-based scholarship opportunity to motivated students who may need a little financial assistance to obtain their degree. One scholarship will be awarded for spring and fall semester each year. Brad hopes that, through this scholarship, he can help members of the next generation make their mark on society.

Eligibility Requirements

The award is granted two times per year and is needs-based. Applicants must be accepted into an accredited college in the United States.

Award

The scholarship provides two $1,000 awards; one per semester to different students.

Scholarship Deadline

The current scholarship deadline is December 31, 2025 for Spring semester 2026. The award recipient will be notified of their selection by January 31st, 2026. Awards will be announced by February 15, 2026 (for Fall Semester 2025). The award winner’s essay and photo will be published on our website.

Stark County Bar Association Legal Scholarship

The Stark County Bar Association offers a Legal Scholarship.  

Consideration is given to the following: 

•   Students enrolled or accepted as a full or part-time student at an educational institution   accredited to award a Juris Doctorate degree; 

•   Students pursuing a course of study designed to result in a Juris Doctorate degree; and  

•   Students in good academic standing in Law School or in prior academic work, as  determined by the Scholarship  Committee. 

The Scholarship Committee also gives priority consideration to students with demonstrated financial need; students from the Stark County area; and students likely to pursue a law career in the Stark County area.

The Application Deadline is April 1, 2025.

Allen County Bar Foundation Legal Opportunity Scholarship

Allen County Bar Foundation Legal Opportunity Scholarship Application

The Allen County Bar Foundation Legal Opportunity Scholarship promotes equal access to the legal system by helping students with ties to Allen County enter or continue law school and prepare to join the legal profession.

    • Application period: March 1 through April 15, 2025
    • Law students are eligible to receive up to $2,500 for tuition and fees or bar preparation or bar examination fees
    • Undergraduate students are eligible to receive up to $1,500 for LSAT fees and/or LSAT preparation services
    • Scholarships will be awarded in May 2025

Requirements:

    • Must be planning to take the LSAT and apply to law school, preparing to enter law school, or enrolled in law school
    • Must describe how they support or advance the idea of equal access to the legal system for all individuals
    • Must be from or intend to work in Allen County, Indiana
    • Must demonstrate financial need

The scholarship will be made payable to the student’s school or a testing or examination preparation company. As noted above, the funds may be used for expenses related to law school or becoming a licensed attorney, such as tuition and school fees, LSAT fees, LSAT preparation, bar examination fees, or bar examination preparation.

Mann Lake Beekeeping Scholarship

We are pleased to announce Mann Lake’s scholarship for college students who aspire to be outstanding and extraordinary. We are looking for academically excellent students who are in pursuit of better education and currently/about to be enrolled in any apiology program, major in agriculture & environmental sciences, and other related studies.

The Mann Lake Scholarship offers a one-time award of $1,000 to cover educational-related costs, including tuition, books, computers, room and board, and other educational expenses. 

We are looking for undergraduate students at any accredited college or university in the United States who will be enrolled in classes in 2025 and are eligible to apply for this grant.
