Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the Rosen Injury Aspiring Personal Injury Law Student Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a citizen of the United States.
  • Must be currently enrolled, or planning to enroll, as a full-time student in an accredited law college or university within the United States.
  • Must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Must be pursuing a degree related to law.
  • Must have plans to establish their own law firm or solo law office after completing their education.
  • Must comply with the IRS rules to qualify for tax-free benefits associated with the scholarship.
  • Employees and affiliates of Rosen Injury Law are not eligible to apply.

  • An essay of 800 words or more, explaining their passion for opening their own law firm after graduation, the challenges they anticipate facing, and how this scholarship will contribute to their goals.
  • A current college or graduate school transcript, or an acceptance letter from a college or graduate school if not currently enrolled.

Key Dates

All applications must be submitted by May 31, 2024. Late applications will not be considered.

The scholarship recipient will be announced by May 31, 2024.

We are excited to offer an annual scholarship for first year students across the United States who are residents of South Carolina and are pursuing a career in law.

The Lovely Law Firm Injury Lawyers enjoys giving back to the community and wants to contribute to the education of one student from South Carolina each year who is pursuing a law degree. This yearly scholarship of $1,500 is designed to alleviate some of the financial pressure on promising students wishing to pursue a career in law.

Eligibility Requirements

In order to participate in this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a resident of South Carolina
  • Must be currently attending College or University in the United States or must be a high school senior in South Carolina who will be pursuing a career in law
  • Must complete the Google form, including the essay response of 700-1000 words outlining their reasons for deciding to pursue a career in law. Please explain the main reason or reasons why you decided to become a lawyer and how you see yourself having an impact in this field
