Scholarship Opportunities for Wayne County High School Grads – Deadline is June 9
If you are a graduate of a high school located in Wayne County, Ohio*, there are two scholarship programs available to help defray the costs of law school. The F. Emerson Logee Memorial Law Scholarship and The Wayne County Bar Association Scholarship funds are administered by the Wayne County Community Foundation. More information, including application forms, can be found at www.waynecountycommunityfoundation.org. Please note that the deadline for applications is June 9!
*The Scholarship Committee may waive this requirement under special circumstances.

Scholarship Opportunity – Fisher and Talwar Legal Inspiration Scholarship
The Fisher & Talwar $1,000 Legal Inspiration Scholarship is now available to students currently pursuing or plan on pursuing a career in law.
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be a full-time student who is currently attending (or planning to attend full-time) an accredited institution of higher education.
- Must provide proof of current enrollment or plans to enroll in an accredited institution of higher education. If you have not received acceptance, you may still apply, but be sure to provide proof of acceptance and enrollment for the scholarship to be released.
- Must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA.

Davis Levin Livingston Law School Scholarship Available – Deadline is July 1
Davis Levin Livingston, a Hawaii law firm, announces its first law school scholarship. They are offering a $3000 scholarship for the upcoming fall semester to a law student who intends to practice public interest law.
The recipient must be a current law school student, or has been accepted to attend law school this fall. Recipients must fill out and submit the application by July 1st, 2014.
