Presidential Management Fellows Application Deadline extended to November 26

To accommodate applicants that may have been affected by Hurricane Sandy, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management has extended the opportunity to apply to the Presidential Management Fellows program Class of 2013.  The application opened on November 5 and will remain open for all applicants until Monday, November 26, 2012, at 11:59 pm Eastern Time.  The entire application process, including submission of all necessary documents, must be completed before this date and time.

Applicants have several ways to find the application. At USAJOBS (www.usajobs.gov), simply search “Presidential Management Fellows,” or go to the Application Process\How to Apply on the PMF webpage. Applicants can also click on Apply Now to be taken directly to the on-line application.

 Position Responsibilities: The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a law clerk for the Litigation Group in the Legal Department for a one year clerkship beginning at the end of the current school year for full-time employment during the summer (May – August) and part-time during the subsequent school year (August – May). Applicants must be available to work at Sherwin-Williams’ downtown Cleveland headquarters. The successful candidate will work on projects regarding various litigation issues including product liability, consumer protection, contract, UCC, employment, personal injury, bankruptcy, discovery and procedure. Experience Required: First and second year law students eligible. Must provide grade point average with resume.  Additional Comments: Must be able to work full time during the summer (no split summers with a second employer) and part time (15-20 hours per week) in Cleveland, Ohio headquarters during school year.
