During their time with the firm, summer associates are given the opportunity to experience several different areas of Sughrue’s practice. Individuals with expertise in a particular field of science or technology are encouraged to participate in projects that will allow them to use their special skills and knowledge. The Summer Associate Program is designed to provide training in the substantive and procedural aspects of the practice. To this end, each summer associate is assigned two mentors, one partner and one associate, who are responsible for ensuring the quality and variety of work, as well as timely and appropriate feedback.
