The Supreme Court of Ohio’s 2020 Dispute Resolution Conference:
The Supreme Court of Ohio’s 2020 Dispute Resolution Conference: Civility and Solutions: Dispute Resolution for Today’s Courts will be held on March 10, 2020, at the Ohio Union. The Court anticipates more than 400 dispute resolution practitioners, attorneys, and court personnel will attend from across the state.
Students are welcome to volunteer to support conference staff by completing this qualtrics survey before mid-February. Students can volunteer for morning, afternoon, or day-long sessions. Further, students are welcome to submit a 500 word [or less] news-style story to Moritz’s Program on Dispute Resolution. All submissions will be considered for publication in an e-newsletter
Spring Parking Passes
If you received a parking pass from the University for the fall semester, your pass is now invalid. You will need to pick up your spring parking pass by Monday morning to avoid parking fines. Applications Now Open for Mercatus Student Fellowships
The Frédéric Bastiat Fellowship is a one-year, competitive fellowship program for graduate students who are enrolled in master’s, juris doctoral, and doctoral programs from any university and in any discipline including, but not limited to, economics, law, political science, and public policy. Frédéric Bastiat Fellows receive a stipend and attend colloquia on political economy and public policy. It is a total award of up to $5,000 for the year. The application deadline is March 15, 2020.
