Attention May 2011 Grads: Free MBE Practice Exams

FREE MBE PRACTICE EXAMS

Students planning to graduate in May, 2011:
The Multistate Bar Examination (MBE), developed by the National Council of Bar Examiners, is a six-hour, 200-question multiple-choice examination covering contracts, torts, constitutional law, criminal law and procedure, evidence, and real property.

The NCBE has two online practices exams (each one is a 100-question, practice exam using questions drawn from recent MBEs) available for purchase. This year the Law School received funding to purchase both practices tests for all May 2011 juris doctor graduates.

As these exams are only available online, NCBE emails each student passwords and information about how to access the exams. The Law School needs authorization before it can provide a student’s email address to the NCBE.

Please stop by the Office of Academic Success Programs to pick up and sign an authorization form.

Contact ASP Director Katherine Silver Kelly with any questions.
