 Position Responsibilities: The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a law clerk for the Litigation Group in the Legal Department for a one year clerkship beginning at the end of the current school year for full-time employment during the summer (May – August) and part-time during the subsequent school year (August – May). Applicants must be available to work at Sherwin-Williams’ downtown Cleveland headquarters. The successful candidate will work on projects regarding various litigation issues including product liability, consumer protection, contract, UCC, employment, personal injury, bankruptcy, discovery and procedure. Experience Required: First and second year law students eligible. Must provide grade point average with resume.  Additional Comments: Must be able to work full time during the summer (no split summers with a second employer) and part time (15-20 hours per week) in Cleveland, Ohio headquarters during school year. Attention Second Year Students! If you plan to participate in the 2013 Lawyer-to- Law Student Mentor Program, you must attend one of the MANDATORY Mentor Program Training Sessions:  the last session will be held on  Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 5:15 in Room 151. You will receive an overview of the Mentor Program and former Law Student Mentees and Attorney Mentors will share their experiences with the Mentor Program and answer your questions.

 You must turn in a Mentor Program application, including the short answer questions, to the Career Planning Office by Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 12 noon.
