Jack Landskroner to speak at Akron Law re: Public Justice, P.C. – Tuesday, February 15 at 12:15 – West 214

The Career Planning & Placement Office announces that Jack Landskroner will be here on Tues. Feb. 15 at 12:15 (in West Hall Room 214) to give a talk on Public Justice P.C.  Among other things, Public Justice P.C. marshals the skills and resources of over 3,000 of the nation’s top lawyers to fight for justice through precedent-setting and socially significant litigation. Public Justice is involved in a broader range of cutting-edge, high-impact litigation than any law firm in the country – battling for consumers’ rights, workers’ rights, civil rights and civil liberties, environmental protection, public health and safety, and access to the courts.

Public interest work, and specifically public interest litigation, is a great option for new lawyers to begin their careers (especially considering the debt relief opportunities) and they should have as much information as possible.  Mark your calendars and come with your questions for Mr. Landskroner.

Contact the CPPO if you have any questions. Thank you.
