Want to Earn $50 in Two Hours?
The Office of External Programs is seeking law students to make phone calls to alumni thanking them for contributing to the Dean’s Club, Akron Law’s Annual Giving Fund. Phone calling will take place Sunday, November 14th from 1:00 – 3:00 pm in the Law School Dean’s Suite.
Each student caller will receive $50 for the two hours, which will include a brief training followed by making phone calls.
To apply call Amy Goodson, Manager of Annual Fund at 330.972.8619 by 10:00 pm Tuesday, November 9th. Leave a message with your name, telephone number and e-mail address.
All applicants must be currently enrolled law students and must be available the entire two hour period on the 14th.

Research Assistant needed for approximately 8 – 10 hours of research per week. The student should have some background in constitutional law and international law. Specialty knowledge regarding France’s legal system is a plus. My current project is on the topic of equality of educational opportunity in France and the United States. The research assistant will be expected to read my draft, conduct legal and general internet searches on the current literature related to the subject matter of my article, abstract relevant articles, and cite check.
