Opportunity with Solo Practitioner in Tallmadge, OH

Attorney seeks part-time student to clerk and file at her law firm for 10-12 hours per week, including assisting with estate planning and court filing in Summit, Portage and Medina counties. The law clerk will also assist the attorney with community service with a children’s career fair so persons who enjoy working with kids should apply. The Step2 Company located in Streetsboro, OH seeks an Intern who can assist General Counsel with various tasks related to the legal concerns of the Company. Primary focus will be on contract administration, but will also involve exposure to a wide variety of areas of law.

Qualifications:
The Step2 Company is looking for a first or second year law student. The ideal candidate will have prior corporate office experience and strong analytical skills. This person should have a solid attention to detail, and should be familiar with Microsoft Office applications; a proficiency in MS Access is a plus.
