I am pleased to announce a $10,000 scholarship opportunity co-sponsored by BARBRI Law Preview and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. We believe that in the right hands, a law degree is a powerful tool to extinguish injustice and bring about  positive social change. That is why we are seeking to help one deserving student who plans to enter law school in Fall 2018, by contributing $10,000 towards their first-year tuition with the One Lawyer Can Change the World Scholarship. To qualify, a student must simply submit a 500-word essay that explains how they expect to use their law degree to make a positive impact on our world, and how $10k would make a positive impact on their world. 2018 Walker Morgan Scholarship opportunity.

Details for this scholarship are below:

Criteria:

• Applicants must currently be enrolled in high school and plan to graduate before July 1, 2018, or be enrolled in college.
• Applicants must have a 2.5 GPA or higher.
• Applicants or direct family members must have been personally affected by an injury of some type.Award Amount: $2,500Winning Applicant: Judging for this scholarship will take into account three factors:

1. Academic achievements.
2. Achievements outside of school.
3. The written response to the question.

The scholarship winner will be notified via email or a telephone call.  There will be an announcement made as well on the Walker Morgan LLC Facebook page and blog.

Ruhmann Law Firm is offering their 2nd annual scholarship for pre law and first year law students. The scholarship is for $500 offered to a student to help pay for tuition and other education-related expenses. It is open to eligible students who will be attending school in the United States. The recipient must submit an essay no longer than 1,000 words on a topic related to the area of law they wish to practice.

The deadline to submit scholarship applications is February 15, 2018.

As the premier personal injury law firm in Oregon, Dwyer Williams Dretke Attorneys, PC is pleased to announce a scholarship available to students anticipating attending law school in the fall of 2018. The $1,000 scholarship is intended to help defray first-year expenses for students graduating from undergraduate school that have been accepted into an accredited law school anywhere in the United States.

Completed applications must be submitted no later than July 1st, 2018.

$500 Scholarship Opportunity.  This will be our 2nd annual scholarship to help support students with aiding in costly educational expenses. 

The selection committee will choose and notify the scholarship winner on the last week of February, 2018. The check will be made payable directly to the award recipient. The $500 scholarship must be used for tuition or other school-related expenses.
