Justice in Family Law Scholarship

ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR SPRING 2025

We are offering The Law Office of George J. Skuros Justice in Family Law Scholarship to a current or aspiring law student who wants to bring positive change to family law practice and policy. The award, in the amount of $1,000, can be applied to tuition and other educational expenses at the college, university, or law school where the recipient is enrolled. Our firm hopes to make meaningful contributions to the legal profession by helping students pursue a career in law. Through the Salvi & Maher, LLP Scholarship, our legal practice presents current and prospective law students with the chance to win $1,000 to supplement their educational expenses.

We are again offering a $1,000 scholarship to support military veterans and their children in their pursuit of higher education throughout the United States. Our new deadline is November 25, 2024.

The criminal justice system can be an intimidating and overwhelming place, especially for those who do not have the legal knowledge to cope with it. That is why we are proud to introduce our new scholarship program specifically designed for law students who are interested in helping individuals within the criminal justice system. We are committed to helping those who are dedicated to making a positive impact in the field of criminal law. The Doug Murphy Law Firm, P.C. Criminal Justice Scholarship provides recipients with an award of $1,000 to use toward their tuition fees and educational expenses.

Applications for our award for the Spring 2025 semester will be due on November 18, 2024.

Eligible Students

To be considered for our scholarship award, students must meet all of the following criteria:

• Enrolled full-time in an accredited law program within the United States
• Demonstrated interest in the criminal justice system
• United States residents or permanent citizens
• 18 years of age or older

Additionally, the student’s grade point average will also be considered when reviewing applications.

We are a law firm based in Plano, Texas that greatly appreciates intelligence, diligence, and determination. We aim to share this appreciation with students through the Crowder Law Firm Scholarship.

Each semester, we offer two awards valued at $1,000 to students pursuing a higher education who satisfy the following requirements, including:

• A 3.6 GPA or above
• Is enrolled at an accredited university or college for the Fall 2024 semester
• Holds citizenship or permanent residency in the United States
