Burress Injury Law Scholarship Opportunity

Our Texas law firm, Burress Injury Law, is offering several scholarship awards to students throughout the U.S. who are pursuing higher education in the coming year. Our Burress Injury Law Underdog Scholarships support students who have persevered through adversity and have a passion for helping other people. For Spring 2022, we will select one recipient to receive a $5,000 award, as well as two additional recipients to receive $2,500 awards.

Eligible applicants include any U.S. citizen who is enrolled at an accredited U.S. college or university for the Spring 2022 semester. We ask applicants to write and submit an essay of no more than 500 words in response to the prompt: “Describe a challenge or trying time in your life through which you persevered, and how the experience helped shape your future.” The essay and all other application materials must be submitted by the deadline of November 15, 2021.

The Zinda Law Group scholarship

The Zinda Law Group scholarship supports current undergraduate or law students who want to improve their communities through either a legal or public interest-related career focus. Students must demonstrate a history of volunteer work or other public service, as well as a commitment to justice. OVC, INC. Scholarship Opportunity

Our company, OVC, INC., is offering a $1,000 scholarship opportunity for current and aspiring law students throughout the United States. We provide digital marketing services for attorneys and law firms, and we are excited to support the education of a student who intends to pursue a career in law.

We ask applicants for the OVC, INC. “Market Yourself” Scholarship to submit a response to the following prompt:

“Imagine that you have graduated from law school and you are starting your own legal practice, with a website to promote your firm and help potential clients find you. Write a brief overview of your practice (300-500 words) that would appear at the top of your home page.”

Applicants must also meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • U.S. citizenship
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
  • Enrollment at an accredited U.S. college or university for the 2021-2022 academic year
