Aimed at encouraging women to complete their education in becoming lawyers.  The “Empowering Women In Law Scholarship” is an annually recurring $1,500 scholarship open to women nationwide who are currently attending law school. The deadline is May 31, 2019 and the application can be found here.  

It is our goal to raise awareness amongst young adults about threats to privacy and important privacy matters. To achieve this, we host a $2,000 essay competition twice per year which encourages students to think critically about a particular privacy or cybersecurity topic. Our 2019/2020 essay topic focuses on DNA testing companies and the potential privacy dangers of giving away your DNA.

One of the rewarding things about being a personal injury attorney is helping people overcome difficult challenges. We truly enjoy using our abilities and knowledge to help others.

We want to help make the same opportunities to help available to others who aspire to use the law to achieve justice and make the world a better and safer place. We are therefore happy to offer two $1,000.00 annual scholarships – one for the fall semester and one for the spring semester – to deserving and qualified students.

Please submit a written statement (800-1,000 words) or a video presentation (3-5 minutes) describing the value of using the law to improve people’s lives. You can describe a past experience that motivates you, someone who inspires you, or a vision of what you would like to accomplish.

For the Fall Scholarship, please submit your statement by July 1. The scholarship will be awarded by July 31.

1-800-injured, LLC, is pleased to announce the 1-800-injured Scholarship for the 2018-2019 school year. The scholarship is intended to provide both financial assistance and recognition to talented, creative students. Current students interested in law are especially encouraged to apply.

Scholarship Award: One scholarship of $ 1,500.00 will be awarded per year.

Who is eligible:  All current or prospective students must be enrolled in an accredited institution located within the United States.
