Tuesday, October 25th at 12:30pm in room W-214.  

Professor Vacca will talk about classes to take, specific skills that employers are looking for in the industry, and an overview of the day in the life of an attorney who represents athletes or entertainment talent.

Jimmy John’s sandwiches will be provided by the Career Services Office.

Peace in the Middle East: A Discussion of the Recent Developments in the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict (Oct. 18, 12:30, L-165)

The Jewish Law Students Association and The Federalist Society are pleased to co-sponsor this discussion featuring Northwestern University School of Law’s Professor Eugene Kontorovich speaking with a guest from the American Federation of Ramallah, Palestine. The discussion will focus on the international law surrounding the recent Palestinian bid to the United Nations for statehood.

The event will take place Tuesday, October 18th at 12:30 PM in L-165. Lunch will be provided by Olive Garden.

GSLA – National Coming Out Day Bake Sale – October 11 – 8 am – 6:30 pm, Student Lounge

The Gay-Straight Law Alliance will be celebrating National Coming Out Day by selling baked goods and coffee in the student lounge on Tuesday, October 11th from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. In addition to selling pastries and coffee we’ll be offering literature and information on the goals of National Coming Out Day.  As a special offer, any person wearing purple will be given a 25% discount on products. Checks and credit cards will be accepted, however cash is preferred.
