The University of Akron School of Law participating in a feedback session with our partner, AccessLex Institute, a nonprofit membership organization comprised of nearly 200 nonprofit and state-affiliated ABA-approved law schools. AccessLex Institute is seeking feedback on MAX by AccessLex, its personal finance program just for law school students. You will provide your thoughts on various program elements, from content delivery, evaluation of media, tools, and resources, to helping improve the program for you and your fellow law students around the country. Participants will receive a $25.00 American Express gift card for their participation in this 60 to 75-minute session. Both current MAX users and non-MAX users are welcome. The National LGBTQ+ Bar has recently launched a scholarship program for LGBTQ+ and ally law students. Three scholarships of $2,500 will be awarded annually; all current and incoming students with a commitment to LGBTQ+ equality are encouraged to apply. Applications are now open for the 2021-2022 school year, and will close on April 1, 2021.
