SAVE THE DATE: The Student Bar Association is hosting its annual Public Interest Law Fellowship Fundraiser, which is aimed at raising funds to provide stipends for law students who work in non-profit or public interest settings during the summer.  

The Public Interest Fellowship Program supports and encourages students looking to gain legal experience in public interest law. Students who have secured a placement with a public interest organization, such as a court, a state or federal agency, or a qualifying non-profit entity, are eligible to apply for a fellowship to support their legal work. Students who apply for a fellowship must attend the event. 

This year we are hosting a virtual trivia night and winners will earn bragging rights and a trophy. There will be other awesome prizes given throughout the night. We hope to see you there!

March is a big month for women! It is Women’s History Month and includes International Women’s Day on March 8th and Equal Pay Day on March 24th.
 
Join us on March 8th from 12:00-1:00pm to hear from Attorney Sarah Blank discuss her experiences as a woman within the legal field.
