- One minute you are riding high and the next you are crashing?
- Another exam, another complicated relationship, another panic attack—do you ever feel like you can’t come up for air?
National speaker, Dr. Lauren Cook, will teach YOU how to balance your wellbeing, and provide resources for self-care and mental wellness.
The campus community is invited to join us (virtually) for an engaging and educational conversation about mental health, hosted in Zoom on Wednesday, October 6, at 7:30 p.m. Dr. Lauren Cook will show students how to tap into your resiliency and come back stronger after riding a wave of uncertainty and stress.
To receive the Zoom link, please reserve your virtual seat by Tuesday, October 5 at 5:00 p.m.
