Westlaw and Lexis Printing During Winter Break

The University will be closed beginning Saturday, December 22 and will reopen on Wednesday, January 2, 2013. This means that the Law Library will also be closed. If you plan on conducting research on Lexis or Westlaw during break, please do not send your print jobs to the Westlaw or Lexis printers in the Law Library. You may wish to print to your attached printer or download your work to your computer instead.

I understand some students are planning to take Remedies next fall before graduating in December. This year was the first time we offered a section of Remedies in the fall. We will not know until February or March whether we will be offering Remedies next fall. If you want to take Remedies (which I highly recommend) before graduating in December, you should take in in Spring 2013.

Examsoft Download Period Reminder

Please remember that the download deadline for Examsoft will be Sunday December 2nd. You must have all of your exams downloaded by that time or you will be handwriting your finals. If you have any questions, please contact law-support@uakron.edu.

The Fall 2012 Exam Schedule with Room Assignments is now posted at: http://www.uakron.edu/law/about/calendar.dot. Please make sure that you check where your exams are located. You will notice that some exams have staggered start times, please start in the room listed first and as the room fills, move to the next room listed on the schedule.
